Some context: Landlord threatening to evict everyone because me and other tenant were corresponding about things wrong with the house, such as dryer being broken, sink being clogged, leaks, etc. Whenever we would let her know, she would tell us to just deal with it, or eventually get it fixed then get mad at us for bringing it up, while also trying to get us to pay to fix it for her. I fixed one of the sinks myself as it had years worth of grime that needed to be cleaned out and her solution was to just not use it. In the texts she kept trying to call me to which I told her I would rather text so she could stop trying to get us to pay for maintence in her house along with utilities, and that I already had documentation of all the things that were already broken that she kept trying to get us to pay for. I also mentioned I had video evidence of her snitch keying my car from a camera in the backseat, and pointed out that this person always disables the automatic garage door making whenever she left, meaning my car would be locked in the garage and she told me to park on the street. With my car key “missing” I really would rather not in case my car also mysteriously goes missing the moment I leave it outside
pictures of some or the scratches on my car, video also taken but not posted yet as I’m still talking to lawyers/waiting to be contacted for consultation about the case and want to protect privacy etc
In around August, when we had an in person discussion with Landlord about how she kept listening in to our conversations via the security camera and how it was making us uncomfortable, I mentioned how it was illegal/questionably legal to have audio capabilities in the house, espescially because she never warned us (just claimed it was CCTV) and was using our private conversations to try to nitpick or retaliate against us. She claimed to turn the audio off but since that day still would watch us like a hawk via the camera any time we entered the living room and bring that up along with references to snippets of our conversations on the phone essentially bragging about the fact that she could still see and hear us
edit: More context about the car key, is that myself and another tenant are usually there more often than the snitch roomate. I left my keys on the counter one day as I felt comfortable enough doing so when it was just me and other roomate around. I left it downstairs for just ten minutes before going back down to get them again. In that short period of time the only one downstairs was the snitch roomate, and suddenly my keys went from being on a visible spot on the counter, to not being found. I also couldnt have locked them in my car as I cant leave my car without my keys in order to stop the alarm from setting(I have to lock it a certain way), and my room was entirely cleared out amd reorganized without finding my key. I paid someone to unlock my car door just in case and it was nowhere in there, and my parent had to bring me the spare. With the new evidence of this person keying my car, I can safely assume she would also go as far as to steal or misplace my keys as well.
